A powerful 4-week intensive to get back on track with your soul’s path.

Sunday, April 13th 12pm- 1pm EST: 1 hour live workshop on zoom. Or review the video replay and audio meditation based on your own schedule. Includes a topic discussion, a powerful guided meditation to access your inner guidance and hot seat coaching.
Stay True to You, set clear time and energy boundaries, access your full inner resources and stop energy drains:
Sunday, May 4th 12pm- 1pm EST: 1 hour live workshop on zoom. Or review the video replay and audio meditation based on your own schedule. Includes a topic discussion, a powerful guided meditation to access your inner guidance and hot seat coaching.
During the 4-week program, you will receive self-guided videos (on different topics) with suggested assignments to reinforce the training and continue the momentum. For those who sign up for the Full Option, you will schedule your individual session(s) based on your own schedule.
The time commitment for this program can range from as little as 1 hour a week to as high as 30 minutes a day. It’s completely up to you.

Full Program:
Investment= $200 (value over $400) it’s less than $50/week for this transformative program. Includes 1 individual session 50-minutes via phone or zoom, 2 live 1 hour group calls (or review the video replays and audio meditations based on your own schedule.) Plus self-guided videos with suggested assignments. You will receive an email with my calendar to schedule your individual session (anytime during the 4-week program).
4-week Reset: Full Program

Group Only Program:
Investment= $50 (value over $200) it’s less than $13/week for this transformative program. 2 live 1 hour group calls (or review the video replays and audio meditations based on your own schedule.) Plus self-guided videos with suggested assignments.
